Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mirage Cloud platform (the "Service") available at https://app.mirage-cloud.com.

Article 2 — Service Access

Use of the Service requires the creation of a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

Article 3 — Functional Description

Mirage Cloud provides an AI assistant via several specialised agents (HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to automate and support professional or personal tasks.

Article 4 — User Conduct

The user undertakes not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • transmit illegal, defamatory or infringing content;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or its AI agents;
  • share their account with any third party.

Article 5 — Availability

Mirage Cloud uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the Service. No availability guarantee is provided outside of a professional contract with a dedicated SLA.

Article 6 — Suspension / Termination

Mirage Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice and without refund.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

Mirage Cloud shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service (loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm).

Article 8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
